LA ALQUIMIA DEL NUEVO TIEMPO

Derechos frente a las sustancias químicas.
Nueva Conciencia y RSC.

Parabenes, Metylparabenes, Phenoxyethanol, Ftalatos, Sodium Lureth sulfato,

parabenos, ftalatos, hidroquinona y 1,4-dioxano.

No sólo pertenecemos a aquellos a quienes hemos amado.

I Am the Univers

Peut-on manifester l’abondance par son esprit ?

Unifier le Mental et le Temps

The Most Beautiful Spiritual Songs & Mantras removing blockages of our physical body throught Tapping

Love is the most powerful alchemy in the world, love is the begining and the end of everything, love is power which moves us, transform us, is only true magic of our life. To be able to give the love, at first Love Yourself With All Your Heart ! Only when we love ourselves, we can love the others freely and without fears and borders. When we feel love within us, we are connected with everything and everybody and we feel real bliss... Why is so important to love oneself? Our personal life is just a projection of the energies within us to the outside world, neither less nor more. That is why is love for oneself so important. None of us cannot give to the others, what does not feel for oneself. Learning how to love is very important, everyone will agree that is the most important task or aim in the human life. Music can help us so much to attain vibrations of love. Music have great impact on our lifes. Music can change our conscioussnes, make us happy or sad, can open our hearts or close them. Music helped me a lot on my spiritual way, and I want to share here some beautiful spiritual songs which helped me to open my heart, and connect with the universal love. In universal love, we are all One: God is always the same loving conscioussness with many names we give it. It is the same power for every human and living creature, which bonds us together, and support us and love us far beyond our comprehension. All paths of life lead to Divine, on one way or another. All human beings want the same: to be loved and accepted and become happy, while listening the spiritual songs from any religious or spiritual path you can hear and sense always the same soul-desire to stay connected with the source of creation, with the pure endless love.

Mantra of immortality: The Hindu Maha Mritjunjaya mantra, the Mantra of Immortality is my favorite one. While singing it I entered for several times in the blissful state of conscioussness, where I experienced pure love and endlessness of my soul existence. It is prayer to Lord Shiva for the bliss, health, detachment and immortality.
Om Tryambakam yajamahe
Sugandhim pushti-vardhanam
Urvarukamiva bandhanan
Mrityor mukshiya mamritat
Gayatri Mantra, mantra of spiritual light. This most beautiful Hindu Gayatri Mantra is the mother of all mantras and is recited by millions of people to gain spiritual knowledge, love and enlightenment. This popular mantra is found in the Vedic texts and since ancient times is believed to be a powerful chant which enables a person to gain wisdom and follow a righteous path. This powerfull mantra is dedicated to both the Sun god as well as goddess Gayatri (mother of the Vedas) who is closely associated with goddess Saraswati. When one chant it, light and love is created, and it really improves the life.
Om Bhur Buvaha Suvaha
Thath Savithur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi
Dhiyo Yonaha Prachodayath
God! You are Omnipresent, Omnipotent and Almighty.
You are all Light. You are all Knowledge and Bliss.
You are Destroyer of fear; You are Creator of this Universe,
You are the Greatest of all. We bow and meditate upon your light.
You guide our intellect in the right direction.

The beautiful Hare Krishna mantra opened the hearts of many millions. One feels joy , light and bliss. Also Om Mani Padme Hum is Buddhist mantra of compassion, dedicated to Avalokiteshvara, who is Bhodissatva (divine being) of compassion. According to legend, Avalokiteshvara made a vow that he would not rest until he had liberated all the beings in all the realms of suffering. After working at this task for a very long time, he looked out and realized the immense number of miserable beings yet to be saved. Seeing this, he became despondent and his head split into thousands of pieces. Eternal Buddha put the pieces back together as a body with a thousand arms, an eye on each palm to see the suffering in the world and eleven heads, the top of which is eternal Buddha, allowing Avalokiteshvara to assist the myriad of sentient beings all at the same time. The meaning of that mantra is "Jewel in the heart of lotus", while chanting it, it provokes uncontitional love and compassion. I love this mantra very very much while singing it.

For changing your destiny and prosperity on your way, listen the Mul Mantra.

The Mul Mantra translates as the root mantra from which a spiritual foundation is built. The Siri Guru Granth Sahib is based upon the concepts of the Mul Mantra. Yogi Bhajan says on chanting the Mul Mantra "The Mul Mantra is a fate killer. It removes the fate and changes the destiny to complete prosperity." Osho translates the Mul Mantra as such "He is one, He is Ongkar, the supreme truth. He is the creator, beyond fear, beyond rancor. He is the timeless form, never born, self- creating. He is attained by the guru's grace. He was truth before the ages and as time ran its course. Nanak says now is he truth eternal and forever will he be."

A Peaceful Mind and addictions

One of the ways that the karma we are born into in this life can be mitigated is by chanting Sanskrit Mantra. The way the specific Sanskirt sounds affect the pranic body transmutes and transforms our vibration to such a degree - it can literally change your life and your experience of it. Chanting Sanskrit Mantra is an ancient practice that goes back to time immemorial. Sanskrit Mantra is practiced by Buddhists, Hindus, Jainists, Sikhs and people of all faiths all across the planet. It is not a religion, but like meditation can be adapted to one's own practice whatever your beliefs may be. This ancient practice leads us to that place within; that heals all, calms every worry, and fills us with that Divine love we all search for. There is nothing to believe, no dogma, no person to follow - just an open heart and a willing spirit to explore and connect with your own Self.If you are looking for a simple but powerful way to transform your life and are willing to work - you have found the right place!

Meditation. What's going on... The Way of Mantra.
Oftentimes, we are saddled in this life with a challenging problem like an eating issue that makes us too big or too thin for us, or a smoking habit that we just can’t shake. And while the medical community does their best to help, we become acutely aware that it is our minds that are the problem. Once we have figured that it is our minds that need to transform – that our thinking needs to be cleaned up and that our choices all stem from that place within us, where do we turn for help? Well, meditation is a good place to go – it will help us build a discipline muscle and once we get to really meditating – that golden deep liquid silence – we are surely nourished in all ways. But what if we can’t meditate – we sit down and do all the things we are supposed to but nothing happens. This is where Mantra can really help us. The energetic cleansing that Mantra gives the mind actually transforms it into a totally different brain while chanting. And during these chanting sessions, we are re-wiring our mind for peace and happiness. We are re-wiring it to not need outside substances to shift our mood and feelings. Our thoughts become more peaceful and our bodies more vibrant. For those with eating issues a great mantra is:
-OM CHARU RUPAYEI NAMAHA
Om and salutations to Her who embodies beauty and elegance
For those with substance issues a great Mantra is:
-OM SRI SHANAISH – WARAYA SWAHA
Mantra for Saturn: antidote to drug intoxication and invoking a route to clean out.

The main Systems of Yoga from India

The Yoga Systems ara the following: Jnana, Bhakti, Karma, Mantra, Yantra, Laya and Kundalini, Tantric, Hatha, and Raja. Jnana Yoga (The Yoga of Knowledge): Union by knowledge; this is the path of spiritual wisdom and knowledge, in which the intellect penetrates the veils of ignorance that prevent man from seeing his True Self (Atman). The disciplines of this path are those of study and meditation. Jnana Yoga is practical Philosophy/Metaphysics. It is both theory and practice. Jnana Yoga uses the intellect as a tool to understand that our true Self is behind and beyond our mind, and our empirical ego. It is a Quest for the Self by direct inquiry into "who we are." It is, however, a mistake to think that the Source could be found with the intellect alone. For the purpose of Self-discovery, Jnana Yoga probes the nature of the Self through the question: Who am I? Through persistent probing, fixing our attention on the source of our Being, we regain our real Self. We remember who we are. The inquiry, as the result of practising Jnana Yoga, leads us towards clear Awareness by removing our attention from that which we are not. Along with Bhakti Yoga (Devotion), Jnana is listed among the best approaches for becoming aware of the eternal Self (God). Shankara and Ramana Maharshi are the classic authorities concerning Jnana Yoga. Like Hatha and Raja Yogis, Jnana Yogis also acknowledge the relationship between breathing and thinking. They found that breathing slows automatically through concentration on the "I-AM."

Bhakti Yoga (Union through Devotion and Love): Union by love and devotion; the favorite Yoga of Indian masses. This is Yoga of strongly-focused love, devotion and worship, at its finest in love of the One. Its disciplines are those of rites and the singing of songs of praise. Bhakti Yoga is the Yoga of selfless love, compassion, humility, purity and the desire and serious intention to merge with God. It is nothing else than to follow the 'First Commandment': "to love God with all your heart, mind and soul."The following persons are known as outstanding examples of Bhakti Yogis:• Daya Mata,• Shree Maa, Anandamayi Ma (1896 - 1982), Mother Teresa (1910 - 1997),• Ma Yoga Shakti,• Mata Amritanandamayi (Ammachi)

Karma Yoga (Self-less work for our fellow neighbour). Union by action and service; this is the path of selfless action and service, without of the fruits of action. Karma is the total sum of all our actions (mental and physical), in this life and before. Karma Yoga is the yoga of Service or self-transcending Action, whereby the yogi directs all actions towards God. By serving God and humanity (without selfishness, egoism, and attachment) the heart becomes pure, the ego fades and, over time, or even over many lifetimes, one becomes increasingly in tune and unified with God. Enlightenment (Samadhi, nirvana, union with God) is naturally realized through Karma yoga.

Mantra Yoga (Union by voice and sound). The practice of Mantra Yoga influences consciousness through repeating certain syllables, words or phrases. A form of Mantra Yoga is the Transcendental Meditation, which is widely practiced in the West. Rhytmic repetition of mantras is called japa. Mantra Yoga Is the Yoga of repeating mantras. Mantras are words or prayers that are composed of psychically potent sound syllables that influence the human system. Repeating mantras with or without a counting device is known as japa or mantra yoga. Japa is a practice used by aspirants of all religions, Jews, Christians, Hindus, etc. as a powerful tool to control the mind. Silent japa (upanshu japa) is supposed to be more powerful than when said aloud. An easy way to exercise silent japa is to perform it aloud for a period of time so that the ears will hear the mantras and the brain will register it. The aspirant should keep on decreasing the volume of the sound, using bass sounds, and should gradually start doing the mantra yoga silently. The japa method is effective because the cerebral cortex will keep on repeating the mantras for a period of time even after the audible japa has stopped. Mantras can excite the emotions and give suggestions to the mind. Mantras affect both the one who chants them as the one who hears them. The word mantra comes from the Sanskrit "mantrana", which means advice or suggestion. In a sense, every word is a mantra. In our daily life we use words to get everything done, obtain everything we need. Each mantra or word is a sound pattern that suggests to the mind the meanings inherent in it, and the mind immediately responds. According to Ramana Maharshi, repetition of mantras (japa), with attention directed to the source of the sound, completely engages the mind. This is Tapas (penance). The source is not in the vocal chords alone, but also the idea of the sound is in the mind, whose source is self. Thus the practice of mantra repetition is more than a suggestion, a bit of advice or an idea. It is a means of getting in touch with our self. Mantras may be used for religious worship, for japa (repetition), for healing, to help spiritual evolution, for purification, for making offerings and in Mantra Yoga. Some mantras are only chants or expressions of nearness to the Divine. But some saints who were inspired by divine love and unshakable faith used these mantras in their own spiritual practice and their followers afterwards started using those mantras, calling them mahamantras or great mantras. Primarily it is faith which creates the effect of mantras. Melody, intonation, pronunciation, whether silently or aloud, all are important in the recitation of mantras. Moreover, the beat cycle in which mantras are recited is important, but it changes according to the state of consciousness of the one who is chanting. An increase in the speed of chanting increases the speed of mind, heartbeat and respiration. The beat cycle of the mantras affects the emotions. A fast speed sometimes creates a continuous vibration and when it is done in groups it creates a good effect, because the mind works in synchronization with the beat cycle and has no time to fantasize. Fast chanting of mantras exhausts the mind, heart and breath and relaxation comes after the chanting is over. Slowing the beat cycle of mantras also creates the same continuous vibration, but it slows down the speed of mind, heart and breath while the chanting is going on. It induces a hypnagogic state, but it is good only when the chanting of mantras is done individually. A medium-speed beat cycle is good for group and individual chanting of mantras. It does not disturb the heartbeat or breathing pattern and makes the mind more awake, alert and conscious. The place from which the sound emanates influences its' tonal quality. Deep tones are produced by the vocal chords in conjunction with the abdominal region, middletones in conjunction with the chest, heart and throat regions and high-pitched tones in conjunction with the upper region of the body. Indian classical music uses all three regions in a gradual order, but the middle region is used most and produces a greater emotional impact on the listeners. Following are one of the main mantras used in Mantra Yoga: OM, OM MANI PADME HUM, AUM AING HRING KLEENG CHAMUNDAYE VICHCHEY AUM.

Yantra Yoga: Union by vision and form; Yantra Yoga employs sight and form. The visualization may be with the inner eye. A yantra is a design with power to influence consciousness; it can be an objective picture, an inner visualization, or the design of a temple.

Laya and Kundalini Yoga: Union by arousal of latent psychic nerve-force. These combine many of the techniques of Hatha Yoga, especially prolonged breath suspension and a stable posture, with intense meditative concentration, so as to awaken the psychic nerve-force latent in the body, symbolized as serpent power (Kundalini), which is coiled below the base of the spine. The force is taken up the spine, passing through several power centers (chakras), until it reaches a chakra in the crown of the head, when intuitive enlightenment (Samadhi) is triggered. The disciplines are severe, best practiced with a teacher.

Tantric Yoga: Union by harnessing sexual energy; ‘tantric’ is applied to distinguish physiological systems. The control of the sexual energies has a prominent part, and the union of male and female has a ritualistic role. Tantric Yoga of all the yogas guards its teachings and techniques most closely.

Raja Yoga / Radja Yoga (Union by Mental Mastery). Raja Yoga means royal and is sometimes called the crown of Hatha Yoga. Raja adds concentration after body and mind are cleaned and trained to stay calm and attentive. Raja Yoga works upon the mind, refining and perfecting it, and through the mind upon the body. It’s the Yoga of consciousness, the highest form of Yoga. The improvement in our power of concentration, as a result of Raja Yoga, moves all of our attention towards the source of our Being in order to become that Being. Raja Yoga is a complete system, also refered to as Ashtanga Yoga because of the eight (ashta) limbs (anga) the system rests on. The Eight Limbs (Ashta-anga) are: 1. Restraints (yamas: harmlessness, truthfulness, non-stealing, control of senses); 2. Disciplines (niyamas: cleanliness, purification of body, mind and nervous system, study of metaphysical principles, contemplation on God); 3. Postures (asanas); 4. Control of breathing and life-currents (pranayama); 5. Turning the attention within (pratyahara); 6. Concentration (dharana); 7. Meditation (dhyana: prolonged periods of perfect concentration and contemplation); 8. Holy Trance (Samadhi)

Hatha Yoga (Union by bodily mastery, principally of breath): Central to all Hatha Yoga disciplines is the regulation of breath, the harmonizing of its positive (sun) and negative (moon) or male and female currents. Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced in the West, and its best-known feature is posturing. Hatha has practical benefits to the health of the nervous system, glands, and vital organs. It’s a purifying preparation for Raja Yoga, which is work upon consciousness itself. Hatha Yoga is the most practical of yogas, works upon the body, purifying it, and through the body upon the mind. It’s the Yoga of physical well-being. Ha and tha, sun and moon, refer to the two opposite currents that regulate all processes in our body. There is nothing mysterious about it because anything in our universe exists because of a positive and negative charge. Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga are specifically dealing with the intention of gaining control over the flow of these life-currents. Hatha Yoga is known for the asanas or postures. It is thought that by perfecting the body, creating a healthy physical condition, and raising Kundalini (dormant energy) upwards along the spine, the body becomes better prepared for yogic awakening. The first effects felt are usually improved health and strengthened nervous system. Some Hatha Yogis may even demonstrate control over internal organs, blood flow, and breathing. The ability of some Yogis to even stop the breathing and heart beat completely for a period of time has been demonstrated under laboratory settings. Traditional Hatha Yoga consists of: 1. Asanas (postures); 2. Shat Karmas (six cleansing techniques, also known as Shat Kriyas);3. Pranayama (control of breathing with retention); 4. Bandhas (locks) and Mudras (seals) for the regulation of Prana (life-force) and Kundalini; and 5. Samadhi (Union with God, realization of the Self, ecstasy, nirvana).

Meditation and Spirituality for All: Om

The practice of Yoga and other Energy techniques aims at enlightenment with different methods involving complex rituals like featured music, chanting words of power called mantras, symbolism, stylized gestures called mudras, mystic diagrams called mandalas, and counting your breathsMany spiritual traditions teach their students concentration as the primary meditation practice. Just keep on focusing your mind on the mantra or the symbol or the visualization, they advise you will attain what is called absorption or samadhi: the sense of being a separate 'me' disappears, and only the object of your attention remains. As Herbert Benson explains the meditative repetition of a mantra, tends to calm the mind and relax de body. What is more important about the name of the symbols used in Reiki practices is not the dictionary definition of what they mean, but the actual sound or vibrations made when pronouncing them. We can consider the Sanskrit word om as an example. Just as the sound of the mantra 'om' is also the name of the symbol, 'Om' is also an evocative sound on its own without even visualizing the graphinc symbol. Likewise the mantra associated with each Reiki symbol can also evoque the Reiki Energy. Rememeber: the Mantra is the Repetition of Sacred Words. The names of the Reiki Symbols can also be considered a mantra and thus chanted to bring forth Reiki Energy. To begin with Meditation, you can develop the skill of focusing and concentrating your mind, to be calmed and like a prevention of agitation. As your concentration deepens,  thoughts and feelings naturally bubble up and evaporate, following the process of spontaneous release.

Reiki. Energetic Protection and Cleansing is very Important following the Reiki Principles

It is always a good time to start a regular practice of cleansing and energetic protection of yourself, your home and workplace, and your life in general.

Why Is Energetic Protection and Cleansing Important?

Whatever level of Reiki you have, it is really important to include a regular energy cleansing routine in your self healing, whether you intend to use Reiki on other people or not. As I have explained in previous articles, everything is energy, and energies can have negative, positive, or neutral vibrations. Being attuned to Reiki raises your body's vibrations. As the energetic oscillations become faster, this makes your whole energy field lighter and less dense, and you gradually become more and more "enlightened." This not only increases your spiritual awareness, but also means that your whole energy field becomes more permeable, and therefore more vulnerable to denser energies, which are attracted to the light. This happens because as your energies become lighter and vibrate faster, there is more "space" between the energy molecules, which the denser, negative energies attempt to fill. As an analogy, imagine placing pebbles in a bowl until it appears to be completely filled. If you poured water into the bowl, the water would occupy the space between the pebbles. Negative energy from outside sources can clog your energy field, just as the water did the pebbles. Because this could manifest as illness, it is essential to cleanse your entire energy field regularly.
These outside sources of negative energy are many and varied, and they can be physical energy, mental or thought energy, emotional energy, or spiritual energy. Newspapers, TV, radio, and films often have sad, disturbing, or horrific images and words that can negatively impact our energy fields, so it is important to be discriminating about what you read, watch, or listen to. Far better to be uplifted by beautiful music or happy, fun programs than to be dragged down by horror films or the negative stuff which is usually presented as "news." Energy disturbances or blockages in other people's energy fields, such as negative thoughts and emotions or physical or mental illness can also impact us. Our energies can be lowered when we spend time with negative people. Places can impact on our energies, especially if we spend time where negative energy can collect, such as shopping centers, city streets, offices and other workplaces, doctors' surgeries, hospitals, and even our own home or homes belonging to friends and family. It would be a rare home indeed that was untouched by conflict or argument or sorrow, and such mental and emotional energy can hang around for quite a long time. Essentially, your beautiful, sparkling, clear, and "enlightened" energy body can act like a sponge, mopping up the negative energy soup around you on a daily basis. Not exactly a happy thought, is it? That's why in this article I am going to give you some techniques to protect yourself from such negative energies, as well as a range of methods for clearing and cleansing your whole energy body.

Energetic Protection

The first thing to do is to develop the habit of protecting yourself energetically every day, which doesn't have to be complicated. You can use your thought energy (which is very powerful) to visualize protective barriers around you, and of course you can use Reiki, with or without the symbols. A sensible way to use these methods is to carry out one or more of them every morning, especially before leaving home. You can also use them at any time you feel particularly threatened, such as when going into some stressful situation or having to deal with very negative people.

* Imagine yourself in a bubble or eggshell of white or golden light that is filled with Reiki, and intend that the edges of the bubble are permeable only by love, light, Reiki, and positive energies. As a second stage to this method, you can also imagine and intend that it is closely surrounded by a fine mesh made of gold, and that this mesh is only permeable by love, light, Reiki, and positive energies.

* If you ever feel really threatened, then do all of the above. Then, outside your bubble imagine and intend that there is a ring of fire, and outside that imagine and intend there is a shiny shell made of mirror or silver or gold, with the mirrored/shiny side facing outwards. This effectively forms an energetic boundary around you, so that any negative energy sent your way will rebound back to its source.

* If you know the Reiki symbols, draw a Power symbol on each palm, saying its mantra three times, and then stroke and smooth as much of your aura as possible with your palms (about 15 cm. or 6 in. away from your body), intending that the Reiki flow into your aura above, below, and on all sides of you, to provide a protective shield against any negative energies.

* Another beneficial way to use the Power symbol is to draw it large in front of you and step into it, saying its mantra three times. Imagine being wrapped inside the Power symbol so that it is in front, behind, and each side of you, and intend that the Reiki protect you from any negativity or harm.

THE POWER OF MANTRA

MANTRAS are known to produce certain types of energies and meant to protect the person who recites it. When a mantra is recited repeatedly in a certain tone it is said to produce a certain frequency, establishing a contact with the cosmic energy that is absorbed by our bodies. Mantras are also recited to balance energies in our bodies but the correct pronunciation is important. There are a variety of Mantras specialized for a particular action or event. Some chant mantras to fulfill certain desires while others chant Mantras for healing a particular ailment. Some Mantras are specific to remove obstacles. Spiritual aspirants chant Mantras for self-realization. For instance the Navgrah Mantra or the zodiac mantra is believed to be a combined Mantra to epitomize all nine planets. Chanting of Zodiac Mantras can help balance out the negative energy influences of an individual’s zodiac sign. However, there is certain code of conduct if one wants to benefit from chanting a Mantra. The best time to recite a Mantra is said to be at sunrise after a shower and sitting where there is no distraction. It is recommended that a vegetarian diet is maintained and the consumption of alcohol is to be avoided. It is advisable to seek a spiritual leader who can provide guidance as to what Mantra is suitable for which ailment or problem. There is a technique of audition and a level of concentration is needed to recite a Mantra. The spiritual leaders warn that the recitation of a mantra is not to be taken lightly and should be chanted with the greatest of respect and faith as each individual mantra is powerful and a work of God or Goddess that we visualize.
The chanting of a Mantra produces powerful energy. For example the Mantra OM consists of three sounds which are Aa, U and M. Hindus believe that Lord Shiva revealed the mantras through sages for the benefit of all mankind. Gayatri Mantra comprises of 24 syllables each one encumbered with the highest of energies and it is believed that 24 sages contributed towards this one Mantra of Goddess Gayatri.

Mantra for healing ailments.
Aum – Lam – Vam – Ram – Yam – Ksham- Hum – Sam – Maatangini – Swaha

It is believed that by chanting this Mantra one can experience complete relief or in some cases the intensity of the ailment can be reduced. However, it is recommended that the mantras be chanted in conjunction with the medication prescribed by a Physician. -By Kimi Mamtora

Science of Mantra and How to Know Whether a Mantra is Working for You?

In Sanatan Dharma or Hinduism the Mantra is being used in almost all spiritual practices. The mantras have very deep science of sounds, better to say they are science beyond science. Because the Spiritual Science is not based on material matters, but this is something on the energy which creates these matters, that is why, this is very rightly said that the Spiritual Science of Mantra is Science Beyond Science, as this is research on the source of the Energy which creates everything in this universe including all these worldly matters. In Sanatna Dharma there are mantras for each and everything — whether to get self realization, to attract love in relationstionships, or attract prosperity; just name anything and you will get mantra for the same. There are two types of mantras, one is "simple mantra" and second is Jagrat (awakened) mantra. "Simple mantra" means a mantra that we can find in scriptures, articles, books or can listen from any person etc.. But the awakened mantra is that which is given by a Saints or Siddha (a self realized Guru or Master) with magnified spiritual powers who also transfers his spiritual magnified power in these Mantras while giving to their scholers. So, when one chants the awakened mantra, not only the power of mantra is invoked but also the power of Saints or Siddha is invoked. These Mantras are called Jagrat (awakened) mantras.
How to know a mantra is working?
To know whether a Mantra is working for you, check out the below methods , hope they will help you –
a. Watch your consciousness. Just try to measure your conciouness, because Mantra chanting always increases the level of consciousness. If you are confused about something or some subject, then chant mantra for half an hour or one hour, it will help to clear your confusion on the subject.
b. Vibrations in your body. Mantras are based on the scinec of sound vibrations so when we chant mantra the body also starts vibrating. The vibrations are usually subtle to acknowledge them you have to try somtimes and then you can notice them easily. These vibrations and energy of mantra cause the human body to vibrate at much higher rate. That’s why sensations in body or part of the body are being felt when one progresses in his conciouness.
c. Feeling powerful and confident. Chanting of mantra gives better concentration, and scattered thoughts are aligned and cause to feel powerful and confident.
d. Change in emotions and thoughts. Mantras give positive powers and due to mantra chant the intensity of any negative emotions or thoughts are reduced or end completely and you will feel more positive in even adverse conditions, slowly the adverse situations in your life wll also reduce.
e. Feeling of being protected. When a awakened or Jagrat manta is chanted, it actually invokes three kinds of power:
1. The power of God/Goddess, with such Mantra is associated
2. The power of the Saint or Siddha or Guru, who awakned this Mantra &
3. The power of mantra itself i.e. the power of sound, words and combunations of word.
So a a person is well protected from visible or invisible forces and feeling of being protected all the time also increase with the level of trust one have in this Mantra.
